After a short flight from the Indonesian capital of Jakarta, Garuda Flight 200 hits the ground in Yogyakarta so hard it bounces violently twice before careening off the end of the runway. Of the 140 people on board, 21 are killed. Investigators are under immediate pressure to find out what went wrong.
