Summer is in full swing in central Michigan and Pol Vet Services has revved up to meet the growing needs of their clients - from farm calls to clinic emergencies, Dr. Pol and crew are full speed ahead. But animals are not the only ones in need of Dr. Pol's attention, as he and Charles embark on a mission to fix up his vintage DMC DeLorean for the local car show. The car will have to wait though, as the Pol duo have the pedal to the metal en route to a serious emergency - Bow Tie, a beloved family cow has suffered an enormous prolapse after giving birth. The longer the uterus is out the more it swells, so time is of the essence if they are to save Bow Tie in this emergency farm call. While Dr. Pol and Charles have their hands full, Dr. Brenda is headed to Caryl Dairy where the situation is grim for a cow struggling to give birth. With zero progress made since Dr. Brenda's arrival, the focus shifts from delivering the calf to saving the mother. Dr. Brenda resorts to a last ditch effort - a bovine cesarean section - in order to save the mother. As it sits, the DeLorean sounds more like a wheezing goat than a purring kitten - it needs some TLC from Doc and Charles. After discovering electrical issues in the car, it's a race to the finish getting it ready to show at the Mount Pleasant car show. Where's the flux capacitor when you need it?!
